A representatives of Rose's confirmed to E! News on Monday that the actress is "happily engaged". A photo of her engagement ring can be seen on her Instagram (@rosemcgowan) post where the actress presumed to have engaged a week ago.

The 39-year-old actress, who previously dated rocker Marilyn Manson in her early years of career for three years and was engaged to director Robert Rodriguez, has reportedly been dating Davey for a year since 2012.
